Our inn is about 100 year old as like wise elderly people, the room "Sesshu" has its unique personality. With our great respects to the Sesshu room, we put stylish make up on it. Since the end of May, we've had a renovation work and a part of it just finished. We had a surprise gift from a beautiful couple who always give lots of love to us. Thank you so much for the flowers! There is a pond at our garden. My grandpa loved it so much and he went there every day and enjoyed looking at beautiful carps. A sawagani (Japanese freshwater crab) is walking happily, seems like granpa is smiling.

Every year on July 17th, a grand festival is held at Daiganji.

We have a small shrine called Awashima shrine in my neighbor. Tomorrow, there is a festival at the shrine. I went for a walk and looked at the shrine waiting for its specail day.
